  • GCash account: Your recipient needs a GCash account to receive funds, which only requires a registered Philippine network SIM card.³ But to verify a GCash account and get access to all the features available, you need to upload an accepted government ID and a 'selfie' for identity verification.⁴
  • Sufficient balance: Ensure that your RCBC account has enough funds to cover the transfer amount and any fees. The good thing is that you won’t be charged an NSF fee if you don’t have enough to cover the transfer; RCBC will just cancel it.⁵

How to enroll in RCBC Pulz

You must be enrolled in RCBC Pulz to initiate transfers.⁶

On the mobile app

  1. Download the RCBC Pulz app and select Register at the bottom of the screen.
  2. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. Provide your account number or card number, then select Next.
  4. Input the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and select Submit.
  5. Create a User ID and password, then click Submit to enroll.
  6. Activate biometrics login for easier access.

On a computer

  1. Log in to RCBC Pulz Online Banking.
  2. Select Sign up now.
  3. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.
  4. Input your account or card number and select Next.
  5. Create a User ID and password, then click Submit to enroll.

How to transfer RCBC to GCash

  2. From the main menu, select Fund Transfer, then Bank Transfer.

  6. Enter the amount you want to transfer, then select Transfer Now.
  7. Input the one-time password (OTP) you received on your registered mobile number and click Submit.
