1. Introduction
1.1. These Airport Lounge Pass Terms (“Terms”) govern your use of the Airport Lounge Pass feature ("Airport Lounge Pass"). By purchasing an Airport Lounge Pass, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
1.2. The Airport Lounge Pass service is provided to you as an individual or your Business (“you” or “customer”) by Wise Payments Limited ("Wise”, "we", "us", or “our”).
1.3. When you purchase an Airport Lounge Pass, payment is deducted from your Wise Account held with the Wise entity as set out in your applicable Customer Agreement. Other than Wise Payments Limited, no other Wise entity provides or makes a supply of the Airport Lounge Pass service to you.
1.4. Your use of the Airport Lounge Pass service remains subject to the terms governing your use of Wise Services (including your Customer Agreement, Wise Card Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Fees and Pricing, and any other additional documents). These documents continue to govern your general use of Wise Services, including support services, required verification checks and any other related matters when you use the Airport Lounge Pass service.
1.5 These Terms have been drafted in English and may be translated into other languages for convenience. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and be conclusive.
2. Wise Airport Lounge Pass
2.1. The Airport Lounge Pass is a travel service provided via our partner, DragonPass, that allows you to purchase access to Dragonpass’ participating airport lounges.
2.2. The Airport Lounge Pass service is currently only available to Wise customers in the following countries: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and Brazil. There may be additional countries where this service is available and we may add additional countries at any time, without notice to you.
2.3. How does it work? You don’t need to create a separate account with DragonPass nor do we create a separate DragonPass customer account on your behalf. We’ve integrated the Airport Lounge Pass directly into the Wise App and Website.

a. Buying a pass: When you pay for an Airport Lounge Pass, we generate a unique Airport Lounge Pass number. We then share this number with DragonPass to activate your access.

i. For Brazil customers, you need to have USD or any other foreign currency supported by Wise (excluding BRL) in your multi-currency account for you to be able to purchase a lounge pass. The purchase cannot be settled using BRL (or Brazilian Reais).

ii. The fee for the Lounge Pass does not include applicable indirect taxes (such as Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or similar indirect taxes) or applicable withholding taxes. Where required by law, Wise will calculate any additional indirect taxes or withholding taxes payable on the Lounge Pass, and you will pay this amount along with the fee to us.

b. Using a pass: You will see the QR code for your Airport Lounge Pass and your name in the Wise App and Website.
2.4. To enter a specific lounge, you must present the Airport Lounge Pass in the Wise App or Website. The name on the Airport Lounge Pass needs to match the name on your boarding pass and ID.
2.5. Editing your name. If you need the name on the Airport Lounge Pass to match your travel documents exactly, you can edit the name displayed on the pass within the Wise App or Website. Please note that editing the name only changes what is shown on your phone screen for display purposes only. It does not change any data held by Wise.
3. Limits on the Airport Lounge Pass and Entries.
Each Airport Lounge Pass is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and you are allowed to hold up to six (6) Airport Lounge Passes at a time. You may purchase an Airport Lounge Pass that holds multiple entries, with each entry in an Airport Lounge Pass being valid for a single person’s one-time access to a lounge. You must have an active Wise Account at all times.
We reserve the right to change the limits on the number of Airport Lounge Passes you are allowed to hold or the number of entries in an Airport Lounge Pass, or impose additional restrictions or other limits from time to time. This is at our sole discretion and may be without notice to you except when required by law. Please refer to our FAQs for more information on the limits which apply to Airport Lounge Passes and entries.
4. Cancellations and Refunds.
4.1. You can generally request a refund for an Airport Lounge Pass within fourteen (14) days of your purchase if it has not been used. Please contact Wise customer support for assistance.
4.2. Once an Airport Lounge Pass has been used to redeem an entry, Wise is no longer able to offer a refund. This applies even if you have a multi-entry Airport Lounge Pass with entries remaining.
5. Our responsibility to you.
5.1. While Wise is responsible for issuing the Airport Lounge Pass unique number and processing your payment, Wise does not own, operate, or control the lounges and we cannot guarantee your admission to, or availability of, any lounge. Wise is also not responsible for any issues regarding the facility or amenities, safety or security concerns, or lost property arising from your use of a lounge. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to an Airport Lounge Pass shall be limited to the amount you paid for that specific Airport Lounge Pass.
5.2. From the moment you redeem an entry to a lounge, you are deemed to have accepted (i) Dragonpass’s Standard Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time, and which can be accessed at Dragon Pass Website and (ii) the specific terms and conditions, rules, and policies of the lounge you are accessing.
5.3. Information displayed in the Wise App and Website. The lounge details, photos, and amenities shown in the Wise App and Website are provided directly by DragonPass. While we try to ensure this is accurate, Wise is not liable for any incorrect information shown in the Wise App or Website regarding specific lounges or your Airport Lounge Pass.
