Do Singapore Airlines flights have WiFi?

Singapore Airlines does offer WiFi as part of their in-flight services. The great news is that most customers have the opportunity to access it for free on at least one device, provided it’s available on their flight.

With Singapore Airlines, access to WiFi is dependent on the aircraft, rather than the route.

  • Passengers flying on a Boeing 737-800 NG won’t have any access to WiFi
  • Passengers on A380 and A350-900 Medium Haul aircraft and some B777-300ER aircraft have no connectivity while flying over Indian, Iranian and Turkish airspace
  • All other planes have connectivity, except over Cuba, Paraguay, Syria, Turkey, Israel, Lebanon, India and North Korea

The country restrictions are only in place due to local regulations, as airlines are unable to offer WiFi services while flying over countries where they're not authorised to do so.
