How do I add or delete connected bank accounts?

When you pay for a transfer via direct debit by connecting your bank account, we automatically save those details for your next transfer. You can also add or remove these accounts ahead of time from our website.

Note: Managing connected bank accounts is currently only available on the website, not the mobile app.

How do I connect a new bank account?

  1. Log in to your account and click on your profile name in the top corner.

  2. Select Payment methods.

  3. Select Connected bank accounts.

  4. Select Connect your bank account.

  5. Follow the on-screen steps to log into your bank and select your region.

Connecting in the United States

If you select the United States, you’ll connect through Plaid. This is a secure way to use your account for future payments and helps us verify that you have enough funds for your transactions. Learn more about how Plaid works.

How do I disconnect a saved bank account?

  1. Go to your profile name in the top corner.

  2. Select Payment methods.

  3. Select Connected bank accounts.

  4. Click Disconnect next to the account you want to remove.

Can I edit a saved bank account?

No, you cannot edit an account once it’s connected. If your account information changes, you’ll need to disconnect the account and add it again with the new details.

What currencies are supported?

You can currently add local bank accounts for USD (US), GBP (UK), and CAD (Canada).
