The process can vary depending on where you're moving to and from, as different countries have different rules. Sometimes we'll need to ask you for a document to verify your new address.

Why can't you edit your address?
Your address details might be greyed out if you've moved to a new country or if we need to verify your address for another reason. When this happens, you’ll need to provide a document so we can change it for you.
When do you need to provide a proof of address document?
We may ask for a document if:
Your address has been verified before
You’re moving to or from the US, Canada, Japan, Brazil, Singapore, The Philippines, Indonesia, Hong Kong, India, or Türkiye
You've changed your address more than 5 times in the last 30 days
If we ask you for a document, we’ll send you an email with instructions and a secure link to upload it.
How to change your business address
We can only change a business address to one in the same country where the business is registered. If your business has moved to a new country, you'll need to open a new business account.
Learn about business addresses and acceptable documents
On the web/app:
Go to your name/initials in the top corner of your account
Go to Business details
Click on Edit
Enter your address
Select Save
If you can't edit the address yourself, it's because we need a document to verify it first. We’ll need an official document that shows your new registered business address.
Once you have the document, please contact us so we can help you with the change.
