These terms and conditions together with any documents referred to in it (“Agreement”) are applicable to the OwnWise Mission Days campaign (the “Campaign”).
Please read this Agreement carefully before applying to participate in the Campaign. By applying to participate in the Campaign, you will be agreeing with Wise plc (“Wise”, “we”, “us”, “ours”) to this Agreement as the terms and conditions governing any application to, participation in and grants of benefits under the Campaign.

1. HOW TO APPLY
1.1. The Campaign shall begin on 04 November 2022 and end on 10 November 2022 (“Campaign Period”).
Applications will only be accepted from individuals who are members of the OwnWise programme at the time of the Campaign Period (“Eligible Customer”, “you”).
1.2 Wise will directly notify you about the Campaign via e-mail and deliver the instructions for participation in the Campaign. You are at all times responsible for providing and keeping up to date email address and other information to Wise as might be necessary to receive the communications about the Campaign.
1.3 In order to apply to participate in the Campaign, during the Campaign Period you have to submit the online campaign form at the link provided to you by Wise in the email (the “Entrance”). Only one Entrance will be accepted from one person. It is not possible to enter into the Campaign on behalf of another natural person or the legal entity.
1.4 No purchase or any monetary contribution is necessary to enter into the Campaign and/or to become eligible for Campaign Benefits (as defined below).
1.5 Your participation in the Campaign is subject to your acceptance and compliance with this Agreement. Wise in its sole and absolute discretion has the right to refuse your application, participation in the Campaign or delivery of the Campaign Benefits if we suspect that you have not entered the Campaign in a good faith or have breached this Agreement. We will determine, in our sole and absolute discretion, whether there has been a breach of this Agreement.
2. CAMPAIGN BENEFITS
2.1 Subject to compliance with this Agreement, two (2) Eligible Customers who submitted their Entrance in accordance with this Agreement (“Winners”) shall be awarded a prize in the form of an all-expense-paid trip to Wise Mission Days event on the 1 December 2022 in Budapest, Hungary (“Trip”, “Campaign Benefits”).
2.2 Campaign Benefits include:
(i) economy class tickets for a flight (or other transportation in Wise discretion) from your location to Budapest, Hungary;
(ii) transportation from and to the airport to the hotel in Budapest (if necessary);
up to two 2 calendar days in a 3 or 4 star hotel reservation for 1 (one) person in a standard room;
breakfast/s in the hotel;
(iii) food and drinks at the Mission Days venue.
Please note that Campaign Benefits are subject to your participation in the Wise Mission Days activities, which will take place on the 1 December 2022 in Budapest, Hungary.
2.3 The choice of the transportation, accommodation and other details is in Wise’s sole discretion. Any upgrades, additions or changes to the transportation, accommodation and other Campaign Benefits are the Winner’s sole responsibility and the Winner shall bear the costs of such upgrades, additions or changes, unless otherwise agreed in writing between Wise and the Winner in advance.
2.4 In no event will more than one (1) Trip per one (1) person be awarded.
2.5 The Winner will be defined by Wise in its sole discretion on or about 11th November 2022 (“Winner's Selection Date”) by assigning a unique reference number to each Entrance of the Campaign and randomly selecting one unique reference number in an automated and impartial manner. The Winner will be notified via email within a maximum of 5 (five) calendar days from the Winner's Selection Date ("Confirmation Email").
2.6 The Winner will be required to provide Wise and/or its affiliate(s) with all information, documents and details that might be requested for the purpose of organising the Trip. If we do not hear from you within ten (10) calendar days after we reach out to you, we will consider that you have withdrawn your application from participation in the Campaign and, therefore, you will not be entitled to and cannot claim the Campaign Benefits after that. In such a case Wise is entitled to randomly select another Winner.
2.7 If the Winner cannot complete the Trip and/or comply with Wise instructions related to the Trip for any reason, the Winner has to notify Wise about such circumstances as soon as practicable. In such a case Wise is entitled to randomly select another Winner.
2.8 All applicable federal, state or local taxes resulting from or related to the acceptance of the Campaign Benefits are the responsibility of the Winner.
2.9 You agree for your name to be announced publicly by Wise in case you are the Winner.
2.10 The Winner is responsible for obtaining and holding the relevant visa, as well as any other necessary permissions, approvals, health certificates, insurance required to enter the destination country of the Trip at its own cost. Wise has no responsibility to the Winner or to any third-party in case the Winner is not allowed to enter or to stay in the destination country of the Trip for any reason.
2.11 Wise holds no responsibility in case you have a dispute with the company providing transportation, accommodation or other services during the Trip (for instance, if your flight is delayed or cancelled, or baggage has been lost) – please submit your complaint directly to the entities providing such services. Wise also has no obligation to assist you with the new flight tickets in case you miss your flight.
3. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
3.1 By participation in the Campaign you agree that:
(a) neither Wise, nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees or advisers, shall, to the fullest extent permitted by law, have any liability in connection with the Campaign or the grant of the Campaign Benefits and you shall not bring any claim or proceeding against Wise or the directors connection with the Campaign or the grant of the Campaign Benefits, save in the case of fraud;
(b)you are liable for any tax which may fall due on the receipt of the Campaign benefits, and neither Wise, nor any of its directors, officers, agents, employees or advisers, shall have any liability for any tax which may fall due and no claim may be made against you in respect of any such tax;
(c) all documents in connection with the Campaign and its benefits may be sent by email to you at your email address and you are responsible all times to provide Wise with the valid email address;
3.2 You represent and warrant that you:
(a) participate in the Campaign in good faith and for law purposes;
(b) are not under the age of 18 by the date Campaign Period starts;
(c) are eligible to participate in the Campaign as an Eligible Customer;
(d) are the person named in your registration and you take part in the Campaign solely for and on behalf of yourself and not directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for or on behalf of any other person;
(e) confirm that you have complied with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the Campaign, as well as with the terms of this Agreement, and Wise will not infringe any laws as a result of your registration or participation; and
(f) agree that Wise is not liable for any loss of data in the course of receiving and/or processing of your registration or responsible for the loss or accidental destruction of your registration or personal data relating to you or any financial or other loss or damage which may result, directly or indirectly.
3.3 You agree, represent and warrant to refrain from the following actions during the Campaign Period and thereafter:
(a) any actions that damage or may potentially damage (in Wise’s sole discretion) Wise’s brand, goodwill or reputation;
(b) publishing anything that contain material which is (or promotes activities which are) sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, illegal, offensive, threatening, profane, or harassing or which is otherwise inappropriate in relation to the Campaign.
(c) any action that breaches Wise terms and conditions or any other applicable rules of the platform or venue where the Campaign takes place; and
(d) creating or using shell social media accounts to take part in the Campaign.
3.4 Non-Disparagement. You represent and warrant that you will not, at any time during the Campaign Period and thereafter, make statements or representations, or otherwise communicate, directly or indirectly, in writing, orally, or otherwise, or take any action which may, directly or indirectly, disparage Wise or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, advisors, or its businesses or reputation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement shall preclude you from making truthful statements about Wise, its products, as well as statements that are required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
4. DATA PROTECTION
The personal data that you share with Wise in the course of the Campaign will be held and processed by Wise in compliance with applicable data protection legislation and legal and regulatory requirements.
5. OTHER PROVISIONS
5.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, any liability (including, without limitation, for representations, warranties and conditions, express or implied, and whether statutory or otherwise) are expressly excluded by each of Wise, its directors, officers, agents, employees and advisers in relation to the Campaign and the grant of the Campaign Benefits.
5.2 The rights and remedies of Wise under this Agreement are in addition to any rights and remedies which would otherwise be available to it, and the exercise or partial exercise of any one right or remedy will not prevent the exercise of others or full exercise.
5.3 You agree that the Campaign, all applications, acceptances of applications and grants of the Campaign Benefits shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with laws of England and Wales and that you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England in respect of any matter, claim, or dispute arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or this Agreement, whether contractual or non-contractual, and agree that nothing shall limit the right of Wise to bring any action, suit, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with any such application, acceptances, or contracts in any other manner permitted by law or in any court of competent jurisdiction.
5.4 Wise reserves the right in its absolute and sole discretion to unilaterally amend, alter, change or cancel this Agreement and/or the Campaign, fully or partially, at any time without notice.
