Our fees from EUR are changing
On Thursday July 5th 2018, our fees on all transfers from EUR have changed.
We're committed to continuously reducing the cost of every single transfer you make.
Although for the majority of transfers the fees went down, for some transfers the fees increased, to cover costs. We’re working hard to reduce fees for those transfers in the future as well.
We've introduced two types of transfers
To give our customers extra flexibility, we introduced two types of transfers, each of which has a different price:
- Low cost transfers - Designed for you to save as much as physically possible using a bank transfer.
- Fast & Easy transfers - Designed for you to complete your transfer quickly instead, using Apple Pay, Android Pay, or your debit / credit card.
