Wise First Transfer Free Promotion Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Wise First Transfer Free Promotion Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms are a contract between you as an individual (“you” or “customer”) and the Wise entity as set in your applicable Customer Agreement ("Wise," "we," "us").

These Terms are a supplement to, and must be read together with your Customer Agreement. which sets out the terms in relation to your use of Wise Services. This includes all provisions regarding disputes, governing law and any other related matters.

1. Eligibility

This promotion is exclusively for new, first-time Wise customers who:

  • Are at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Are an individual opening and using a Wise account for personal use, not for business or commercial purposes.
  • Have signed up for a Wise Account during the promotion period.
  • Have never completed any cross-currency transaction with Wise before.

Important: Existing Wise customers are not eligible for this promotion. This offer cannot be combined with any other Wise promotion.

2. The Promotion

The promotion provides a one-time waiver of the transfer fees on your first successful United States Dollar (USD) to Philippines Peso (PHP), Euro (EUR), or Indian Rupees (INR) transfer (a “Qualifying Transfer”) during the promotion period, up to a maximum transfer amount of $2,000 USD (the “Promotion”).

  • The fee waiver will be automatically applied to your Qualifying Transfer and can only be used once.
  • Qualifying Transfers exceeding the $2,000 USD threshold will have the standard fee applied to the amount over the threshold.
  • This Promotion only applies to Qualifying Transfers paid with a domestic debit card or connected bank account.
  • This Promotion does not apply to any Qualifying Transfers paid for with a credit card, international debit/ credit card, business debit/credit card or wire transfer.
  • This Promotion does not apply to scheduled transfers.
  • This Promotion has no cash value and is non-transferable.

3. Promotion Period

The promotion period consists of two distinct timeframes:

  • Promotion Sign-Up Period: The Promotion is open for new customer sign-ups from March 24, 2026 at 16:00 UTC and ends on June 15, 2026 at 23:59 UTC.

  • Individual Transaction Period: An eligible customer that signs up within the Promotion Sign-Up Period must complete their first Qualifying Transfer within thirty (30) days of their sign-up date.

Note: Wise’s server is the official clock for both the Promotion Sign-Up Period and Individual Transaction Period. Qualifying Transfers submitted after the respective deadlines will not be eligible.

4. Important Conditions

  • Successfully Completed Transfer: A Qualifying Transfer is considered "successfully completed" once the funds are deposited into your designated recipient's account. Qualifying Transfers that are later declined or charged back are not considered successful. If your transfer is declined or charged back, it doesn’t count as a successful use, but it may also disqualify you from trying again under the same promotion depending on Wise's security review.

  • Wise’s Discretionary Rights: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of Wise’s rights or obligations under its Customer Agreement or applicable laws and regulations. Wise reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse, or limit any transaction for any reason, including but not limited to, legal, security, or regulatory concerns. If a transaction is refused or limited for any reason, it will not be considered a qualifying transaction, and the customer will not be eligible for the Promotion.

  • Abuse and Disqualification: Wise reserves the right to disqualify (in its sole and absolute discretion) any eligible customer or Qualifying Transfer that appears fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with these Terms or Wise’s Customer Agreement. Any attempt to abuse this Promotion by using multiple identities or accounts will result in disqualification at our sole discretion.

  • Right to Modify or Cancel: Wise reserves the right to unilaterally amend, cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion and/or the Terms fully or partially, at any time, with or without notice.

5. Warranties and Representations

You represent and warrant that you:

(i) participate in the Promotion in good faith and for law purposes;

(ii) are not under the age of 18 by the date Promotion starts;

(iii) are eligible to take part in Promotions as set under these Terms;

(iv) are the person as named in your Wise Account and you take part in the Promotion solely for and on behalf of yourself and not directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, for or on behalf of any other person or legal entity; and

(v) confirm that you have complied with all applicable laws, statue or regulations in connection with the Promotion, as well as with these Terms, and Wise will not infringe any laws as a result of your participation in this Promotion.

6. General Terms

  • Limitation of Liability: The limitations of liability set forth in Section 24 of the Customer Agreement apply to your participation. In addition to those terms, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Wise and its affiliates shall not be liable for any claims or damages specifically arising from or related to this promotion.

  • Dispute Resolution & Governing Law: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions set forth in the Customer Agreement.

  • Data Protection: Any personal data collected during this promotion will be processed in accordance with Wise’s Privacy Policy.
