Tomorrowland Thailand tickets and packages are priced in Thai baht (THB). If you’re buying from outside Thailand, the final amount you pay can vary depending on how your card handles foreign currency transactions.
Many credit cards issued worldwide charge a foreign transaction fee of around 2–4%, depending on the country and card issuer. For example, some Singapore-issued cards charge around 3.25%, which is added on top of the exchange rate used by the card network.
Based on the listed ticket prices:
Using a card with no foreign transaction fee, such as the Wise card, means you pay using the mid-market exchange rate without additional FX markups. This can help you avoid extra costs when paying for tickets, hotel packages, and festival add-ons priced in THB.
If you’re planning to buy higher-priced packages or multiple tickets, it’s worth checking your card’s foreign transaction fee before completing the purchase.
Tomorrowland Thailand will operate as a cashless festival using official Tomorrowland bracelets.¹ Each bracelet acts as both your ticket and payment method.
Before the festival, you’ll need to link your bracelet to your Tomorrowland account and top it up with Pearls, the festival’s digital currency. Pearls can be added online using a debit or credit card. For travellers from Singapore, using a travel-friendly card like the Wise card can help when topping up in Thai baht.
All food, drinks, and merchandise at the festival are paid for using Pearls via the bracelet. Unused Pearls are typically refundable after the event, subject to Tomorrowland’s refund policy.
Here’s an estimated cost breakdown for international travellers, using Singapore as a reference point for flights and pricing examples.
| Expense | Cost |
|---|---|
| Return flight (from Singapore) | 7,308 - 11,937 THB (300 - 490 SGD / 222 - 363 USD ) |
| Hostel in Pattaya | 341 - 779 THB per night (14 - 32 SGD / 10 - 24 USD ) |

Entry requirements for Thailand depend on your nationality. Singapore passport holders can enter Thailand visa-free for up to 60 days³, while travellers from other countries should check the latest visa and entry rules on Thailand’s official immigration website or with their local embassy. All travellers are required to submit a digital arrival card before arrival.⁴
December is a peak travel period in Thailand, and the festival will increase demand for flights and accommodation. Booking early or staying in Pattaya City rather than near the festival site can help manage costs.

Travelling to Tomorrowland Thailand means paying in Thai baht for tickets, accommodation, food, transport, and festival spending. Using a regular card can add hidden costs through foreign transaction fees and unfavourable exchange rates. The Wise card can be a useful travel companion for festival-goers.
The Wise card lets you spend in 40+ currencies at the mid-market exchange rate, including MYR, JPY, CNY, USD, EUR, and more. It can be used in 150+ countries, so you know you’re getting a fair rate wherever you travel. To get started, create a free Wise account, order a card, and top up in your local currency.
Digital Wise cards are free and can be added to Google Pay or Apple Pay, while a physical Wise card can be ordered for a low one-time fee (pricing varies by country). A physical card allows chip-and-PIN payments and includes two free ATM withdrawals each month (up to a set limit), before low fees apply.
When spending abroad, you can either pay directly from your balance and let auto-conversion handle the exchange, or convert to the currency you need in advance. Either way, Wise uses the mid-market rate you see on Google, with low, transparent fees. You can also activate Wise Interest to earn returns* on supported balances, meaning your travel money could keep working for you until you spend it.
