How to pay PLDT online: Pay Express, GCash, Maya and BPI

Need to pay your PLDT bill online? You can use PLDT Pay Express Online, Maya, GCash, BPI Online, Bayad Online and other digital payment channels.

This guide explains how to pay PLDT online, what details you’ll need, how long payment posting can take, and what to check before confirming your payment.

What you need before paying PLDT online

Before you pay, check your latest PLDT bill or account details.

You’ll usually need your:

  • 10-digit PLDT account number
  • payment amount
  • telephone number
  • service type, where required, such as PLDT Landline or PLDT DSL
  • access to your chosen payment method, such as Pay Express, Maya, GCash, BPI or another online banking channel

Ways to pay your PLDT bill online

Here are some of the main ways to pay your PLDT bill online:

How to pay using PLDT Pay Express Online

PLDT Pay Express Online is one of the most direct ways to pay your bill online.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Open PLDT Pay Express Online from the link in your SMS bill, or click the Pay Now button in your monthly email bill
  2. Enter your 10-digit PLDT account number
  3. Enter the amount you want to pay
  4. Choose your preferred payment method
  5. Confirm the payment to finish the transaction.

Keep your payment confirmation until the payment appears on your PLDT account.

How to pay PLDT using credit card

You can pay your PLDT bill using a credit card through supported online payment options.

For example, PLDT Pay Express Online lets you enter your account number, input the payment amount and select a preferred payment method before confirming the transaction.

You can also use the Wise card for online card payments. This can be useful if you hold money in another currency and need to pay your PLDT bill in Philippine pesos. You can convert your money to PHP then use your Wise card details to pay online.

Before paying by card, check:

  • your card details
  • the amount to be charged
  • the currency shown at checkout
  • any service or convenience fee
  • the expected payment posting time

Once the payment is confirmed, keep the receipt or confirmation message for your records.

How to pay PLDT using Maya

You can pay your PLDT bill through Maya.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your Maya account
  2. Choose Bills from the homepage
  3. Select Telecoms
  4. Tap PLDT Home
  5. Enter your 10-digit account number and payment amount
  6. Continue to the payment review page
  7. Tap Pay to settle your bill
  8. Wait for Maya’s SMS confirmation

Maya payments made before 7pm are posted within 6 hours.

How to pay PLDT using GCash

You can also pay your PLDT bill through GCash.

Here’s how:

  1. Open the GCash app
  2. Select Pay Bills
  3. Select PLDT.
  4. Enter the required details, including your account number, area code + telephone number, service type, amount and email address
  5. Tap Next
  6. Review the details
  7. Tap Confirm
  8. Wait for the payment confirmation in the app and by email

GCash payments made before 7pm are posted within 6 hours.

How to pay PLDT using BPI or online banking

You can also pay PLDT through BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app.

Here’s the general BPI flow listed by PLDT:

  1. Log in to BPI Online or the BPI Mobile app
  2. Go to Payments/Load
  3. Select Pay Bills
  4. Fill in the required details
  5. Select PLDT in the Pay To dropdown
  6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number
  7. Wait for the confirmation message

PLDT also lists other online banking channels, including BDO, Metrobank, RCBC, EastWest, China Bank, UnionBank, PSBank, HSBC, BancNet, Robinsons Savings Bank, PNB and Security Bank.

For BPI and other online banking channels, allow 2 banking days for payment posting.

How long does PLDT online payment posting take?

PLDT online payment posting depends on the channel you use.

Selected online payment channels may post within 30 minutes to 6 hours. Maya and GCash payments made before 7pm are posted within 6 hours. For BPI and other online banking channels, allow 2 banking days.

If your due date is close, choose a faster payment channel where possible and keep your payment confirmation until the payment appears on your account.

Are there fees for paying PLDT online?

Some PLDT online payment channels may charge extra fees.

For example, Bayad Online may charge a biller service fee and a convenience fee on top of the bill. Bayad App may also charge a biller service fee.

Before confirming any payment, check the final amount, including any service fee, convenience fee or admin fee.

What happens if your PLDT bill is late?

Paying your bill in full and on or before the due date can help you avoid additional charges.

From August 1, 2025, PLDT applies a monthly late payment fee of ₱50 VAT-exclusive, or ₱56 VAT-inclusive, to late or partial payments on PLDT bills.²

If you miss your payment, you may be redirected to a payment reminder portal when browsing. Auto-reconnection can be generated after you fully pay the outstanding balance and the payment is posted.³

Can you set up automatic PLDT payments?

Yes. PLDT offers an Auto Charge Program, which can automatically settle your monthly bill through your preferred bank.

Auto Charge can help you pay bills on time, track payments through online banking, and avoid missed due dates or service disruptions. PLDT lists participating banks including BDO, Metrobank, EastWest and Security Bank.⁴

Paying your PLDT bill from overseas

If you’re abroad, paying a PLDT bill can take a little more planning. You’ll still need to use one of PLDT’s available payment channels, such as Pay Express, Maya, GCash, BPI Online or another online banking option.

If your money is in another currency, you may need to convert it to Philippine pesos first. Once your money is in PHP, you can use one of PLDT’s available payment channels to settle your bill.
