No Surprises: Recipient receives the full amount

At Wise, we are committed to transparency and ensuring your recipient gets the amount you intend to send. Our smart routing technology works to predict potential intermediary fees, so you can send with confidence. In Q2 2025, our data showed the following percentages for transfers where the recipient received the full amount:

• gUSD: 77.55% of transfers
• gEUR: 42% of transfers
• gGBP: 82% of transfers

While we're proud that our technology helps ensure the recipient receives the full amount in the majority of transactions, especially for USD and GBP, we're actively working to improve the full delivery rate across all currencies.

Speed: Our Progress Towards Instant Payments

We are committed to making international payments, including Swift transfers, as fast as possible. Based on our data from Q2 2025, here is the time it takes for money to reach the recipient account for some major currencies:

• Sending US dollar outside of the United States: 75% of transfers delivered in under 24 hours(*)
• Sending Euro outside of SEPA region: 65% of transfers delivered in under 24 hours
• Sending British pounds outside of the United Kingdom: 78% of transfers delivered in under 24 hours
