By linking your card using your email and mobile number with Click to Pay, you eliminate the need to enter your card details for every purchase at participating online merchants. It's essentially the online equivalent of a contactless payment.
How does Click to Pay work?
When you shop at an online store that accepts Click to Pay as a payment method, you'll see the Click to Pay icon.
Enter your email address or mobile number you used to link your cards to Click to Pay
Enter the one-time passcode sent to your email or mobile number to verify it's you
Select your Wise card from the options, and complete the payment by following the on-screen instructions. No need to fill out long forms or remember passwords
Is Click to Pay the same as Apple Pay or Google Pay?
No, they're slightly different. Apple Pay and Google Pay work in stores and some online shops. Click to Pay is specifically designed for online shopping and works on any device — your phone, tablet, or computer.
Is Click to Pay already active on my Wise card?
Yes, Click to Pay comes as a standard feature on your Wise card, just like contactless payments. Your new card is enrolled with Click to Pay by default. You don't need to do anything to activate it.
Can I use Click to Pay if I have multiple Wise cards?
Yes. If you have more than one Wise card (like a physical card and a digital card), you can use any of them with Click to Pay. You'll see all your Wise cards when you check out, and you can choose which one to use.
Is Click to Pay safe?
Yes, Click to Pay is very secure. Here's how we keep you safe:

When you pay with Click to Pay, merchants receive a secure token instead of your actual card details. This means your card number stays private and secure.
Can I remove a card from Click to Pay?
Yes. If you want to remove a card from Click to Pay, follow these steps:
Go to your Wise app > Cards section
Under the Cards section, you'll have the Card Controls option. Select that option and unselect Click to Pay to remove a specific card from Click to Pay. You can go back to the same section and turn on Click to Pay anytime you want
Are there any spending limits for Click to Pay?
Click to Pay uses the same spending limits as your Wise card. You can check and change your spending limits in the Wise app under Card settings.
What happens if I change my Wise card?
If you get a new Wise card (because your old one expired or you ordered a replacement), your new card will automatically work with Click to Pay. You don't need to do anything.
