You can update your phone number whether you are logged in or locked out of your account.
If you are logged in
You can change your phone number on the app or website.
Web or App:
Select your profile name or icon in the top corner.
Go to Personal details under Settings.
Select Mobile number.
Enter your new number and follow the instructions to confirm the change.
Tip: It’s best to update your number before you get rid of your old SIM card. We may need to send a code to your old number to confirm it’s really you.
If you don’t have access to your old SIM card, you need to follow the instructions below in the section ‘If you can’t log in.’
If you can’t log in
If you can’t get into your account:
Enter your email and password on the login screen.
On the 2-step verification page, select Try another way or I haven’t received an approval request
Select I don’t have access to this number or I don’t have any of these.
Follow the steps to confirm your identity.
Once we verify you, you can change your number.
If you have trouble, follow these troubleshooting steps.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you will need to reset it first.
