When you choose POLi, you make a secure payment directly from your online banking to Wise. You’ll enter your login details through the POLi interface to confirm the transfer.
The bank account you pay from must be in your own name.
How do I pay?
Set up your transfer as usual and select POLi as your payment method.
Select your bank from the list.
Log in to your online banking using the POLi interface.
Choose the account you want to pay from and select Confirm.
Which banks are supported?
The following New Zealand banks support POLi payments:
ANZ
ASB
Bank of New Zealand (BNZ)
Kiwibank
TSB Bank
Westpac
If your bank is on this list but doesn’t appear in the dropdown menu, it may be undergoing maintenance. You can check the live status of POLi here.
How long does it take?
POLi payments are usually instant. However, it can take up to 1 working day for the money to reach us in some cases.
How much can I send?
You can send up to 5,000 NZD per transfer when paying with POLi.
