Whenever you send money, we’ll save your recipient's details automatically. You can also add details ahead of time or delete them if they’re no longer needed.
How to add a new recipient
Go to Recipients.
Select Add a recipient.
Choose the currency of the recipient's bank account.
Select their bank details, or search for Wise users by their email, phone number, or WiseTag.
If you’re adding your own account, select Myself.
If you’re adding someone else, select Someone else or Business or charity.
Select Confirm to save your recipient.
If you’re sending to a recipient's external USD account, you must enter their residential address (for personal accounts) or business address due to US regulations.
How to delete a recipient
Go to Recipients.
Select the recipient you want to remove.
Select Delete.

Can I edit a recipient?
Once you’ve saved a recipient, you cannot edit any of their account details—this includes their email address.
If you need to change their bank information, you must delete them as a recipient and add them again with the correct details.
How do I add a nickname?
You can add nicknames to recipients for your own reference. We will always use the full legal account holder name for the actual transaction.
Go to Recipients.
Select the recipient.
Select Add nickname, enter the name, and select Save.
