Yes, you can use your Wise debit card to withdraw cash from ATMs in the Philippines. Most ATMs in the country support international cards, so you shouldn’t have any issues.
With your Wise debit card, you can withdraw up to £200 per month for free, with up to two withdrawals.
If you go over this allowance, a 1.75% fee applies to the amount withdrawn. Starting from your third withdrawal in the same month, there’s also a £0.50 fixed fee per withdrawal, on top of the 1.75% fee.
You can always check your withdrawal limits in the Wise app or online.
Keep in mind that ATM providers in the Philippines may have their own limits and fees. These are usually displayed before you confirm the transaction.

To withdraw money from Wise in the Philippines using your digital Wise card, just follow the same steps as you would with a physical card. The key difference is that you’ll need to find an ATM that supports contactless payments when using a digital card.
If you’re in a big city such as Manila, finding an ATM should be easy. They’re commonly found in shopping centres, supermarkets, near bank branches and in other busy areas.
In more remote locations, it might take a bit more effort. You can use the Visa ATM locator or Mastercard ATM locator to find the nearest machine. You can also look for ATMs that display the Visa and Mastercard logos.
