It’s been over six months since the US implemented its first set of ‘Liberation Day’ tariffs on trade with countries all over the world. Since then, we’ve seen a steady stream of new rates, new trade deals and renewed uncertainty about the future of global trade — with businesses worldwide looking to navigate price and currency volatility.
To bring some clarity to where things stand, we’ve broken down the latest US tariffs by industry and country:
Total tariff rates placed on US trading partners as per the trade agreements as of 4 November 2025.
Cambodia: 19% tariff on Cambodian goods. Certain exemptions mean some products may be eligible for a 0% tariff rate.
Malaysia: 19% tariff on Malaysian goods. Certain exemptions mean some products may be eligible for a 0% tariff rate, including palm oil, rubber and cocoa.
China: Ongoing negotiations in process. Currently, there is a 47% tariff on Chinese goods and an additional 10% tariff on chemicals tied to fentanyl production.
Europe Union: 15% tariff ceiling and special zero-tariff exemptions on specific goods, including aircraft, pharmaceuticals and natural resources.
