WISE ASSISTANT TERMS OF USE


IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW


  • When you use a Wise Assistant, you're interacting with a fully automated AI service, not a human. By using our Wise Assistant you acknowledge that you understand the information set terms and conditions. If you don’t agree, you must not use Wise Assistant.

1. Introduction

1.1. These Wise Assistant Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of Wise Assistant. By engaging with Wise Assistant, you acknowledge and understand that these Terms are supplemental to your existing Customer Agreements and Privacy Notices with Wise.

2. Wise Assistant

2.1. Wise Assistant consists of different AI assistants powered by third-party language model service providers to help you navigate Wise Services and improve your experience when using Wise (collectively “Wise Assistant”). Wise Assistant was built built to deliver fast and useful answers to your questions and includes the following features:

  • (a) A tool designed to help you navigate Wise Services via a chatbot.

  • (b) A tool designed to help you navigate Wise Services via an automated voice assistant.

2.2 Wise Assistant is currently available only in select regions and specific languages. If you are outside of a region that supports Wise Assistant or require support in another language, please use the Wise help centre or contact our human customer service agent.

2.3. How Wise Assistant Works. Wise Assistant uses technology that can understand, summarise, and generate responses based on pre-trained datasets and the information you provide. We use information from your interactions and other data sources to refine the accuracy and improve the output of the Wise Assistant.

2.4. You are interacting with a fully automated AI system. Interactions with the Wise Assistant are managed by a fully automated AI system, not a human customer service agent.

2.5. Remember, using Wise Assistant is completely optional, and you can always request to speak with a human customer service agent. If you do not want to use the Wise Assistant, we kindly ask you to stop using Wise Assistant. You can switch to a human customer support agent at any time by indicating during your interaction with Wise Assistant that you would like to communicate with our human customer service agent.

2.6. The information you upload must be true and accurate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to Wise Assistant is up-to-date, true, accurate and complete.

2.7. Only use Wise Assistant to discuss your Wise account, Services, or related questions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Wise Assistant complies with applicable law and these Terms.

2.8. You must not misuse the Wise Assistant by:

  • (a) Deceiving or intentionally misinforming or inputting harmful information.

  • (b) Using prompts designed to trick the Wise Assistant into revealing non-public data, proprietary information, or personal data of other users.

  • (c) Inputting offensive, harmful, or abusive language intended to trigger inappropriate or prohibited outputs from the Wise Assistant.

2.9. Additional functionality. We may add or remove features available as a whole or in part as Wise Assistant at any time for any reason, and without notice to you.

2.10. Beta features. We are continually testing and improving the Wise Assistant and its features. This means they may not function as intended and we may update, modify or discontinue the Wise Assistant or any of its features at any time and without prior notice to you.

3. Acknowledgment of Risk

3.1. Wise Assistant may not always provide completely accurate, complete or relevant answers, and it may show unintentional bias. It can also make mistakes.

3.2. If the Wise Assistant asks you to confirm information, it is your responsibility to ensure that the information you provide is accurate and complete. If something doesn’t seem right, please confirm with a live agent or refer to your Customer Agreement with Wise or the FAQs on our website.

3.3. The information from Wise Assistant is for your information only. You should always make your own independent judgment about any information you receive. The information you receive from the Wise Assistant is not investment, financial, tax, or legal advice.
