Terms and Conditions



These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the "Visa Wise FIFA World Cup 26™ Package Prize Draw" (the "Promotion") in the United Kingdom. By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree with Wise Payments Limited (“Wise”) to be bound by and to comply with these Terms. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you, and any prize won by you may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

1. Promotion Duration

The Promotion runs between 1 April 2026 00:01 GMT and 30 April 2026 23:59 GMT (the "Promotion Period"). To take part, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms during the Promotion Period.

2. Participant Eligibility

To be an Eligible Participant, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Be a resident in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland), with a local residential address;
  • Have a valid passport and not be restricted from entering the United States of America;
  • Be an existing Wise personal customer, with an active and valid personal account with Wise, as well as an active personal Wise card issued on the Visa network (“Wise Visa Card”), both of which have not been suspended, deactivated or terminated by Wise;
  • Not be restricted from entering the United States of America;
  • Not be an employee or an immediate family member of any employee of Wise, or Visa, or any other entity affiliated with Wise or Visa;
  • Not be an employee of any agencies, service providers or auditors of Wise or otherwise be involved in organising, promoting or conducting this Promotion or any of its elements.

Each Eligible Participant can enter the Promotion only once. Businesses are not eligible for this Promotion.

Wise reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant or entry, and retains the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant and/or entry. If Wise has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud in respect of or in connection with any transaction, or any abuse of this Promotion (e.g., attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deception), we may, in our sole discretion, take any legal actions we deem fit.

3. How to Enter the Promotion

No separate registration, form submission or opt-in is required to enter the Promotion. Eligible Participants will be automatically entered in the Promotion once they complete at least 10 card transactions using their Wise Visa Card (“Promotion Qualification Requirement”), provided that each of these transactions:

  • Is fully completed and posted during the Promotion Period;
  • Is made using Eligible Participant's Wise Visa Card to pay for goods and services online or in person; and
  • Is not an Excluded Transaction.
The following card transactions are not eligible for this Promotion (“Excluded Transaction”):
  • ATM withdrawals;
  • Any Wise Business card transactions;
  • Account top-up/funding transactions (i.e. card transactions made for the purpose of funding or topping-up any bank account, stored value wallet, digital wallet or prepaid account);
  • Transactions that do not comply with the Customer Agreement entered into between you and Wise (including the Card Supplement) and the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Transactions that have been cancelled or refunded, or which have any cancellations, refunds, appeals or any other similar process initiated against it during the Promotion Period.

Upon meeting the Promotion Qualification Requirement, the Eligible Participant will receive a confirmation email from Wise. There is no limit on the number of card transactions you may make during the Promotion Period but each Eligible Participant will only qualify for the lucky draw once.

4. Alternative Free Entry Route (No Purchase Necessary)

If you'd prefer not to make card transactions, you can enter using the form at the bottom of this page. You'll need to enter the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Your Wise membership number (Note: You can find this in the account section of the Wise app or by logging into your account on the Wise website).
All form entries must be received within the Promotion Period (between 00:01 GMT on 1 April 2026 and 23:59 GMT on 30 April 2026) to be eligible.

Only one email entry per person is permitted. Upon receipt of a valid form entry, you will be entered into the Prize Draw with the same odds as a card-transaction entry. Wise is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or not received for any reason.

Upon receipt of a valid form entry, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

Wise reserves the right, at any time, to verify the eligibility of any participant or entry, and retains the sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any participant and/or entry.

5. How to Opt Out Of the Promotion
If you wish to opt-out of the Promotion, you can do so by clicking the opt-out link provided in the confirmation email.

6. The Prize

There will be three winners drawn from the pool of Eligible Participants (each, a “Winner”).

Each Winner will win one World Cup experience package for two (2) people (“the Prize”), sponsored by Visa Europe Limited. As at the date of the publication of these Terms, the current indicative value of each Prize is up to GBP £48,500.

Out of the three Winners, two (2) will receive the Dallas Package, and one (1) will receive the Miami Package. The allocation of these specific packages to the Winners will be at Wise’s sole discretion.

The Prize includes:

  • Flights: Return flights (economy) for 2 people from the United Kingdom to the respective host city, including taxes and luggage;
  • Accommodation: Five (5) nights’ hotel accommodation for two (2) people (4-star) in one (shared) single room;
  • Spending Money: Visa Prepaid card pre-loaded with 750 USD value;
  • Gifts: Gifts / Amenities valued at 400 USD;
  • Transfers: Airport transfers and transportation to/from scheduled events;
  • Package specific information:
    • Dallas Package:

      • Package Dates: 13th – 18th June 2026;
      • Match Tickets: 2 tickets (Category 1) to a match in Dallas on 14th June, 2026 and 17th June, 2026.

    • Miami Package:

      • Package Dates: 20th – 25th June 2026;
      • Match Tickets: 2 tickets (Category 1) to a match in Miami on 21st June, 2026 and 24th June, 2026.

The Prize is non-transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substitutable for cash or any other benefit. The Winners will have no right to decide on the applicable period, type and nature of the Prize nor any of its specific components.

Wise reserves the right to replace the Prize with another of similar or higher value without prior notice.

The Prize does not include any fees, costs or expenses not expressly set out above, including without limitation:

  • Hotel incidentals;
  • Food and meals;
  • Travel and medical insurance;
  • Events and activities outside the scheduled program itinerary as described above;
  • Visa and other permit fees and related costs;
  • Security and medical services;
  • Any taxes payable by the Winner or their guest in relation to or incidental to the receipt or consumption of the Prize;
  • Fines and penalties charged to the Winner or their guest.


Visa is solely responsible for the delivery, administration and fulfillment of the Prize. Visa will provide further details of the Prize to the Winners after the Winners have been selected and informed. Please note that the Prize (including all of its components) will be arranged for the Winners.

Wise shall not be responsible for the selection, organisation, administration, delivery, fulfillment or use of any Prize or any part thereof. Wise shall also not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the delivery or administration of the Prize, nor the fulfillment or use of the Prize. Wise makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Prize, including without limitation, the availability, quality, and fitness for purpose, or the use or consumption thereof or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Prize.

Wise is not and shall not be deemed to be the seller or transferor of any Prize. Each Prize may be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be imposed by Visa and such other relevant sponsors, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize (“Prize T&Cs”). Each Winner agrees to be bound by such Prize T&Cs.

Each Winner and their guest must hold a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity remaining following the date of return travel to the UK), not be restricted from entering the USA and will need to obtain a visa (if required) to enter the USA.

If a visa or similar authorisation is required for entry into the USA, Wise is not responsible for the visa application/authorisation process, issuance and/or use, which is solely under the control of the government of the USA. Winners (and their guests) are responsible for organising any such required visa/authorisation and paying for any costs associated with the visa application. If Winners and their guests are unable to obtain such a visa/authorisation in time to travel for the prize, they should notify Visa about this as soon as possible; the Prize and its value will be forfeited.

Winners (and their guests) are responsible for ensuring that they have adequate and sufficient travel and medical insurance for their period of travel and duration of their stay in the USA and will be responsible for costs associated with obtaining such insurance. The Winner and their guest travel at their own risk.

Winners wishing to bring guests under the age of 18 must ensure such guests are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18. Wise or Visa may, in its absolute discretion, require the Winner to sign a legal release in a form determined by Wise and/or Visa.

7. Winner Selection

Selecting the Winners

Any transaction that falls within the Excluded Transaction list will be filtered out from the lucky draw list. To ensure fairness and transparency:

  • A random draw will be conducted using a random number generator to select three (3) Winners from the list of all Eligible Participants who meet the Promotion Qualification Requirements;
  • Additionally, during the initial draw, a reserve list of 20 additional Eligible Participants who meet the Promotion Qualification Requirements will be selected (“Reserve List”) to be used in case an invalid or ineligible Winner is drawn, or the chosen Winners forfeit their Prize;
  • The random draw will be conducted on 01 May 2026 at 12:00 GMT; and

Each Eligible Participant is only eligible to enter into the Promotion once, and is only entitled to win one (1) Prize.

All decisions made by Wise in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of participants and entries, as well as the selection of any Winner, shall be final. Wise shall not be obliged to disclose any matter relating to the Promotion to any participant.

8. Winner Notification

The Winners will be notified no later than 5pm GMT on 01 May 2026. The Winners will be contacted in writing via the email address recorded on their Wise account, or such method of written communication as Wise deems appropriate.

The Winners must respond to Wise’s notification within seventy two (72) hours to acknowledge and accept their Prize. The Winners must also comply with the applicable instructions for the collection of their Prize, including the provision of all necessary and reasonable information and documents requested by Wise and/or Visa. The Prize will be forfeited in the event any Winner fails to (a) respond within the stipulated period; or (b) comply with instructions relating to the collection of the Prize. Following the receipt of the Winner’s confirmation, Wise will inform Visa of the chosen Winners. To facilitate Prize fulfillment, Wise will share each Winner’s name and contact details with Visa. Visa will then liaise directly with the Winners to deliver and administer the Prize. Wise shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the delivery or administration of the Prize, nor the fulfilment or use of the Prize.

9. Unclaimed Prizes & Reserve List

In the event a Prize is forfeited by an original Winner, Wise reserves the right to revoke the Prize and offer it to the first eligible individual on the Reserve List (“Reserve Winner”). The Winner Notification terms (Section 8) and other related terms then apply to the Reserve Winner. If the first Reserve Winner fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated 72-hour period, the Prize will be forfeited and offered to the next sequential individual on the Reserve List. This process will continue rolling down the Reserve List until either:

  • The Prize is successfully claimed;
  • The entire Reserve List is exhausted; or
  • There is insufficient time remaining to successfully fulfill the Prize prior to the FIFA World Cup event. If the reserve list is exhausted or time runs out before the Prize is claimed, the Prize will remain unawarded. No further draws will be conducted.

10. Prize Publicity

Each Winner may be invited to have their photo taken with their Prize for potential use by Wise for marketing and promotional purposes (“Prize Photo”). Participation in photography is entirely optional and will not affect Prize entitlement. Each Winner acknowledges and consents to use and disclosure of their first name, last name, country of residence and any Prize Photo by Wise for marketing and promotional purposes and compliance purposes, including by way of publication on Wise’s social platforms and/or on Wise’s website located at [wise.com/campaign/gb/visa-football-promotion-terms].

11. Other Terms

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Subject to applicable law, Wise shall not be liable in any way for any direct and indirect losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance of any Prize, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, or any notice that is lost or misdirected. Wise will not be liable to Winners or guests for any costs, damages, injuries or losses incurred by the winners or their guests as a result of travelling to or attending the FIFA World Cup 26™.

You agree to release and hold harmless Wise and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, use, destruction, or misuse of any Prize.

Fédération Internationale de Football Association (“FIFA”) and Visa are not responsible for the administration of the promotion. FIFA is not liable for anything arising out of this promotion including the fulfilment of any prizes. Any Prize must be accepted as awarded and is subject to all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize (i.e. the Prize T&Cs), which may include passing necessary sanctions screening and entering into a separate waiver. By accepting any Prize, the Winner is deemed to have accepted all of the applicable terms and conditions prescribed to such prize, including any entry, attendance and COVID-19 requirements. The Prize is not negotiable and the Winner must not re-sell or transfer the Prize in any way, unless otherwise approved. In the event of the Prize being unavailable the Wise reserves the right to substitute it for one of equal or greater value. Any substitution will be within the entire discretion of the Wise. In the event the Winner does not accept the substitution they will forfeit their right to the Prize. So far as is permitted by law, FIFA and Visa and their associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from: (i) any postponement, cancellation or material change of the promotion of FIFA World Cup ‘2026. and (ii) any act or default by a Winner or their guest resulting in the Winner or their guest being unable to activate the Prize and/ or any elements of it. The Winner must register and upload all information to the guest registration platform provided by Visa and the FIFA World Cup ‘26 platform at least 20 days prior to the FIFA World Cup ‘26, and any failure to do so shall result in a forfeiture of any tickets to FIFA World Cup ‘26. By participating in this Promotion, you understand and agree that you are not being granted any rights (including any advertising, marketing or sponsorship rights) in relation to the FIFA or FIFA World Cup ‘26 and shall not conduct any related marketing or advertising campaigns, promotions or other activities. Personal information supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third parties such as Visa, its associated companies and service providers insofar as required for fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize and shall when provided to Visa shall be processed in accordance with Visa’s privacy policy.


Tax Implications

Each Winner shall be solely responsible for any additional government taxes and charges associated with their Prize.



Privacy

By participating in this Promotion, all participants consent to Wise using their personal data (such as name, email address, date of birth and country of residence) for the purposes of (i) participating in the prize draw, (ii) prize draw administration such as notifying the Winners and delivering the prizes and (iii) complying with the applicable law and regulations. Wise will process personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

We will record each transaction made using Wise’s services with a corresponding Transfer ID. Eligible Transfer IDs will be logged in our database, including customer country of residence, amount, date, currency pair, recipient type, and fraud checks. This data will be retained in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Wise will share Winners’ (and their guests’) personal data with Visa, its associated companies and service providers who may use it to fulfill, deliver and arrange the Prize including to (i) book flights and accommodation; (ii) process ticket requests; (iii) send communications about the Promotion and (iv) comply with the applicable law and regulations. This data will be processed in accordance with Visa’s Privacy Policy: visa.co.uk/legal/privacy-policy.

To show a valid draw took place, we'll post the Winners’ surname and counties on wise.com/campaign/gb/visa-football-promotion-terms for six months following the draw. If you win, you can ask us to hide or limit this info by letting us know when you claim your Prize. We are still required to share full winner details with the Advertising Standards Authority if they ask us to verify the draw.



Intellectual Property

Wise acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and any other proprietary rights in and to the brands associated with the Prizes offered as part of this Promotion are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective proprietors. The provision of any Prize under this Promotion does not imply any transfer of any intellectual property rights from these proprietors to Wise.

This Promotion is administered by Wise and its affiliates. The Prizes are sponsored by Visa, which is solely responsible for the delivery, administration and fulfillment of the Prize. Save as explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms and in official promotional materials, this Promotion is not sponsored by, administered by, affiliated with or endorsed by any other entity. Any mention of any brand associated with any Prize is solely for promotional purposes related to this Promotion.



Applicable Agreements

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to any brochures, social media posts, emails, push notifications and in-app notifications), these Terms shall prevail.

The applicable customer agreement and such other terms governing the services provided by Wise and its affiliates shall continue to apply to the access and use of such services.



Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and Wise irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).



Changes, Amendments and Termination

Wise reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion without additional notice.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Wise retains the right to change, suspend, or end the Promotion earlier than the Promotion Period end date if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Wise's goodwill or reputation. This may be done on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

If Wise needs to change, suspend, or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotional Period, we will endeavour to announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced, and where possible, we will try to give you notice through email or push notification. Any changes to the Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated.

Wise reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these Terms.
