2026 CHINESE NEW YEAR PROMOTION TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the "2026 CNY campaign" (the "Promotion").

By participating in this Promotion, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and that you agree to be bound by and to comply with these Terms. Non-compliance with or breach of any of the Terms may disqualify you, and any Reward won by you may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.

These Terms are a supplement to, and must be read together with your Customer Agreement which sets out the terms in relation to your use of Wise Services. This includes all provisions regarding disputes, governing law and any other related matters.

These Terms are agreed between you as an individual (“you” or “customer”) and the Wise entity ("Wise," "we," "us") as set out in your applicable Customer Agreement.

Promotion Duration

The Promotion runs between 00:00 UTC on 22nd January 2026 and 23:59 UTC on 24th February 2026 (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion begins on 00:00 UTC on January 22nd 2026 and ends on the earlier of (i) 23:59 UTC on February 24th 2026, or (ii) such time as the aggregate value of Rewards (defined below) reaches GBP 11,000 or such higher amount as may be determined by Wise (the "Promotion Period"). To take part, you must meet the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms during the Promotion Period.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Reward, you must be an Eligible Participant and must have submitted at least one Eligible Entry during the Promotion Period. Please refer to the relevant sections below for more details regarding the “Reward” as well as the criteria for an “Eligible Participant” and an “Eligible Entry”.

1. Participant Eligibility

To be an Eligible Participant, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be a resident in the United States of America, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia or New Zealand with a local residential address, as stated in your Wise profile.
• Be a new or existing Wise Personal customer
• Not currently have, or previously had, a Wise Account which has been suspended, deactivated or terminated by Wise.
• Not be an employee or an immediate family member of any employee of Wise or any other Wise entity.
• If you are a new Wise customer (i.e. if you register for a Wise Personal account during the Promotion Period): have successfully registered for a new Wise personal account during the Promotion Period via the Promotion Website .
• If you are an existing Wise Personal customer:
  • have received a push notification of the Promotion from Wise; and
  • have, in the 6 months preceding the Promotion Period:
  • Withdrawn SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, HKD or CNY from your Wise Account;
  • Made a same currency or cross-currency transfer to a third party recipient receiving such funds in SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, HKD, CNY;
  • Opened a balance of SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, HKD or CNY in your Wise Account; or
  • Made a payment in SGD, MYR, THB, IDR, HKD or CNY using your Wise Card.

2. Entry Eligibility

For a transfer to qualify as an Eligible Entry, it must:

• Be a same currency or cross-currency money transfer initiated via an e-hongbao entry point, i.e. through 1) Shortcut, and 2) Launchpad Promo tiles
• Be of a minimum amount of 15 GBP or equivalent. The exchange rate applied on the transaction, as reflected in the Wise app, will be used to determine the satisfaction of this criterion.
• Be a transfer to a person other than the sender (you).
• Have been fully completed during the Promotion Period. Transfers that have been cancelled or refunded, delayed or in transit, or which have any cancellations, refunds, appeals or any other similar process initiated against it during the Promotion Period shall not be considered ‘fully completed’ and shall not qualify as an “Eligible Entry”.

There is no limit on the number of Eligible Entries which an Eligible Participant may make during the Promotion Period. However, only the first 3 Eligible Entries during the Promotion Period will be eligible for a Reward.

3. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES ONLY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Alternate Method of Entry ("AMOE"): To enter without sending a transfer, please hand-print your name, address, phone number, email address associated with your Wise account and age on a standard postcard or letter and mail it in a hand-addressed, stamped envelope to:

• For US Residents: Wise US Inc., Attn: Chinese New Year e-Hongbao Promotion, Wise US Inc.,30 W 26th Street, Floor 6, New York, NY 10010.

Each mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry into the Promotion and must be postmarked within the Promotion Period and received no later than ten (10) business days after the Promotion Period ends.

By submitting an entry via the AMOE, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by these Terms. Your entry must adhere to the eligibility criteria listed above in the AMOE section or your entry will be void and ineligible for this Promotion. If your entry adheres to the eligibility criteria, it will constitute an Eligible Entry and will be subject to the Winner Selection process noted below. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries submitted via AMOE. Odds of winning the Reward will depend solely on the number of Eligible Entries received.

The Reward

A fee credit of GBP 0.08, GBP 0.88, GBP 8.88 or GBP 88.88 (the “Reward”).

Each Reward will be denominated in GBP and may only be used to offset fees payable to Wise on subsequent transactions (“Wise Fees”). Wise will automatically apply any available Reward to future Wise Fees. In the event such Wise Fees are not denominated in GBP, Wise will automatically convert such fees to GBP, or convert the Reward (or any balance) to the applicable currency, so as to enable the use of the Reward. Wise will perform the applicable currency conversions at the prevailing exchange rate determined by Wise. Wise is not responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates or for any loss in value that may occur during the currency conversion process.

The Reward is a fee credit, not freely available funds in your Wise Account. Therefore, Rewards will not be reflected in your Wise Account.

Wise reserves the right to determine the amount and quantum of Rewards for the Promotion. Disbursal of the Rewards shall be subject to the availability of the same. Once the Rewards are exhausted, no further Rewards will be granted even if the Promotion Period has not ended. All Eligible Participants (regardless of residency) will share in the same pool of Rewards.

Rewards are non-transferable, exchangeable, redeemable or substitutable for cash or any other benefit. Wise makes no warranty whatsoever as to the Rewards, including without limitation, the availability or any other implied terms or conditions with respect to the Rewards.

Wise reserves the right to cancel, terminate or otherwise extinguish any Reward (or any part thereof) at any time, without further notice to you. Additionally, any Reward or any part thereof) shall automatically be terminated in the event your Wise Account is closed for any reason.

Winner Selection

1. Automated Data Collection

We will record each transfer made using Wise’s services with a corresponding Transfer ID. Eligible Transfer IDs will be logged in our database, including customer country of residence, amount, date, currency pair, recipient type, and fraud checks. This data will be retained for 7 years.

2. Filtering out Ineligible Transfers

Any transfers that do not qualify as an Eligible Entry will not be eligible for the Reward.

3. Selecting the Winners

To ensure fairness and transparency:

• Wise will use a first-party randomization tool within our system to determine the amount of Reward for each Eligible Participant.
• Each Eligible Participant is only eligible to receive the Reward on their first 3 Eligible Entries.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via an in-app service push notification of the Reward upon the Reward being awarded (i.e. after all relevant eligibility criteria set out in these Terms are met). In addition, Winners will be contacted in writing via service email, or such method of communication as Wise deems appropriate.

Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Wise shall not be liable in any way for any direct and indirect losses, damages or expenses arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance of any Reward, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, or any notice that is lost or misdirected.

You agree to release and hold harmless Wise and its affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage suffered or incurred, directly or indirectly, in connection with their participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance, use, destruction, or misuse of any Reward.

Tax Implications

Each Winner shall be solely responsible for any additional government taxes and charges associated with their Reward.

Privacy

By participating in this Promotion, all participants consent to Wise using their Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data (name, email address, date of birth and country of residence) for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including contacting and notifying the Winners.

Wise will process your personal data in compliance with our Customer Privacy Notice.

Intellectual Property

Wise acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, design rights, and any other proprietary rights in and to the brands associated with the Reward offered as part of this Promotion are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of their respective proprietors. The provision of any Reward under this Promotion does not imply any transfer of any intellectual property rights from these proprietors to Wise.

This Promotion is independently organized by Wise and its affiliates. This Promotion is not sponsored by, administered by, affiliated with or endorsed by any other entity, save as explicitly stated otherwise in official promotional materials. Any mention of any brand associated with any Rewardis solely for promotional purposes related to this Promotion.

General Terms

Wise reserves the right (subject to applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Promotion without additional notice.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Wise retains the right to change, suspend, or end the Promotion earlier than the Promotion Period end date if, in our reasonable opinion, the Promotion is being abused or may negatively affect Wise's goodwill or reputation. This may be done on an individual or promotion-wide basis.

If Wise needs to change, suspend, or end the Promotion before the end of the Promotional Period, we will endeavour to announce this in the same way the Promotion was announced, and where possible, we will try to give you notice through email or push notification. Any changes to the Terms will not affect your rights if you have already participated.

If Wise has reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in any fraud in respect of or in connection with any Eligible Entry, or any abuse of this Promotion (e.g., attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deception), we may, in our sole discretion, reverse the grant or application of any Reward and deduct the corresponding fees from your Wise Account. If you don’t have sufficient funds in your Wise Account to cover these fees, we may refuse to execute pending or future transactions or provide any services to you, and may deduct such fees from funds sent to us for services in the future. We also reserve the right to take any legal actions we deem fit.

Participants who wish to contact Wise can do so by logging into their account to communicate via phone, email, or chat.

Wise reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to amend these Terms.

All decisions made by Wise in respect of any matter relating to this Promotion, including but not limited to the eligibility of participants and entries, as well as the selection of any Winner, shall be final. Wise shall not be obliged to disclose any matter relating to the Promotion to any participant.

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Terms and any marketing or promotional materials relating to the Promotion (including but not limited to any brochures, social media posts, emails, push notifications and in-app notifications), these Terms shall prevail.

The applicable customer agreement and such other terms governing the services provided by Wise and its affiliates shall continue to apply to the access and use of such services.

Separate Alipay Promotion

This Promotion may be run alongside a separate promotion independently organised and administered by Alipay (Hangzhou) Information Technology Co., Ltd. and/or its affiliates ("Alipay"), the Send Money Home with Blessings Campaign (exclusive for Wise recipients) [福气“汇”到家活动（Wise收款用户专享）], pursuant to which Alipay intends provide incentives in the form of “Alipay payment coupon” (支付宝支付红包) to its customers who meet Alipay’s qualifying criteria for such incentives (the “Alipay Promotion”).

The Alipay Promotion is governed solely by such terms and conditions as may be published by Alipay. For your convenience and information purposes only, as at the date of the publication of these Terms, Alipay's terms and conditions are available here (Tap this link to view the content in the Alipay app).

Wise is not involved in, and has no obligation with respect to, any aspect of the Alipay Promotion. Wise shall not be liable for any claims, damages or losses arising from any person’s participation in the Alipay Promotion, or from the fulfilment or use of any incentive or Reward issued or administered as part of the Alipay Promotion. Any disputes regarding the Alipay Promotion must be resolved directly with Alipay.

Language

These terms are published in English and any translation is a courtesy and an unofficial translation only. Participants of the Promotion cannot derive any rights from the translated version. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the English language version of these terms (a) shall apply and prevail and be conclusive and binding; and (b) shall be used in any legal proceedings.
